All I want for Christmas....
So Matthew and I were talking today and out of the blue I asked him what he wanted for Christmas. Without hesitation he said, "I want a real gun so I can go out and shoot a deer. Then I'm going to take it to a guy and have him skin it and roast it. Then I'm going to give it to people." After a bit more questioning he also said, "And I'm going to have my picture taken with the deer head." Gotta love living in Wisconsin!

Whoa boy! Where'd he even get that from? Does Rob even like to hunt?
About a month ago we were looking at a newspaper and they had a picture of a few men with their "kills." He questioned me about it so I explained the process to him. I guess it appealed to his male-ness!
We have a 10 year old boy next door that his father took him out hunting the first day of kid's bow season two weeks ago. Nicholas was wondering why there was a deer that was just staying in their yard and Garret kept on hitting it! I don't think we're raising any hunters here.

First of all I want to say that I am insanly jealous....you READ!!!!! I mean...I read too, mostly bed time stories and of course the Bible...to keep myself out of trouble, well try any way.
Matthew is HILARIOUS!! Are you guys gonna be here Thanksgving so I can meet the littlest Lit and snap a few pics?
